Negotiate with the preferred center or provider and ask for out-of-pocket price matching.
You can use any one of the online search tools to compare prices of imaging studies (e.g. X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, etc) or procedures. There are specific websites that compare prices of radiology and surgical procedures.
